Rhetoric Rhetorical question - A question asked merely for effect with no answer expected. The answer may be obvious or immediately provided by the questioner. Rhetoric – the art of persuasion.

Why Learn it? Learn to manipulate people effectively. -=OR=- Get your message across more successfully. (Makes the A grade attainable)
