3. © 2010 Chevron CUE – Well Ops Policy  The purpose of the CUE Well Ops Policy is to: –Define what is a well Anomaly –Define interfaces/roles and responsibilities of those involved with the Management of wells –Specify the monitoring, maintenance, testing and reporting requirements required for these wells. –Explain the concept of a “Well Integrity Panel” and detail its role and responsibilities. 3

4. © 2010 Chevron CUE – What Constitutes an Anomaly 4 –Change in annulus pressure regime. –Failed test of any surface or Down hole valves –Change in the nature of produced fluids (H 2 S, CO 2, sand, etc). –Deferment of a planned well maintenance activity/test. –Conductor centraliser movement as noted during topsides structural inspections or Subsea DSV inspections –Any other failure of the Well Performance Standard
