Make the Connection  Send an Introductory letter home with students to give to teacher  Letter should indicate students participation in After-school program  Personal Tutor ’ s assistance with homework  Request for available time for class visit and state reason for visit  Secure date and time  Remember to bring parent ’ s consent form to visit your student at their school
