2. Recent Releases Photo and Image Improvements With our new photo server, some of the major improvements are: Faster website speed. An end to squished or stretched photos – photos that are not in the optimal 4:3 format will be displayed in letter boxing, so that it is proportional. Photo file sizes can now be up to 20MB per photo. New editing features which will allow you to crop, resize, and finalize your photos. Note: With some virtual tour vendors, photos will look best when uploaded in either 4:3 or 16:9 format. No more squishing to fit!

Phone System Update When you call into the office next, it will be easier than ever to connect directly to the department you’re looking for, simply dial: 1 For Technical Support For billing questions or Technical assistance 2 For Member Services For listing compliance or any other General membership question 3 For Licensing and Data For IDX or Vendor related questions Or, if you are looking for a specific person at the company, you can press 9 for our Dial by Name Directory.

4. Retiring the WFRMLS.com Email For data security reasons, we will be retiring in 2016 our legacy WFRMLS email accounts. Very few of our members utilize these accounts, but we want to ensure a smooth transition for those who do. If you are currently using a WFRMLS.com email, we suggest that you make the following changes to your account in order to avoid losing any saved emails and to ensure that you continue to receive emails from the MLS and potential clients: 1.Individually forward any WFRMLS.com emails that you would like to keep to a new email address. 2.Update your profile with your new email address by: 1.Selecting “Edit” next to your account. 2.Entering in, or updating your email in your Account Settings.

5. Coming Soon - Client/Consumer Sign Up on All Mobile Apps In our upcoming mobile update on both iOS and Android, your clients (as well as currently unconnected consumers) will be able to register for a UtahRealEstate.com account directly from the mobile app. This allows them to save favorites, create showing lists, and connect to you.
