HABITAT rare subspecies in the Russian Far East has adapted to life in the temperate forests. Temperate, Broadleaf, and Mixed Forests harsh winter climate of the Russian Amur-Ussuri boreal forests

DIET In the wild: Roe deer, wild boar, hare, sika deer and occasionally domestic livestock At the zoo: A special feline diet daily along with knucklebones.

WEIGHT, SPEED, & LEAP 70-105 pounds Run at speeds of up to 37 miles per hour Leap more than 19 feet horizontally and 10 feet vertically

SOLITARY Solitary Nimble-footed and strong Live for 10-15 years
