2. The Rules… Group size from 1 to 5 Each group must all be in same house and same year group Can be a mix of boys and girls You can only enter in one group Dance lasts no more than 90 seconds Any type of dance (safely!) Need to be able to perform at front of assembly

3. The Rules… First round open to all – no auditions Will be scored on your choreography, technique and performance You will have a performance slot given to you, in school day Won’t know scores Top scoring performance from each year group for each house will go through to final

4. The Final… Performed in front of whole school Same dance, tweaked or new Still max 90 seconds Each dance will be scored again The points will be added up for your house Their will be a winning house, not a winning dance

5. Things to think about… Do you want to take part? Be sensitive when choosing groups You will need to sort out your dance at home/in the playground Costumes are not marked Check you are in school for that date – if you are on holiday you won’t be able to take part If a group member is ill on your day, we will make sure you can still be marked at another time Keep your dance space small

6. Dates… Year 3 – Tuesday 1 st December Year 4 – Friday 13 th November Year 5 –Thursday 5 th November Year 6 – Wednesday 2 nd December Final – Monday 7 th December
