11 Creating and Configuring the Workflow System Account Create a mailbox-enabled user account in Active Directory. Make the account a member in the Exchange Domain Servers group. Grant the account the Act As Part Of The Operating System right. Configure the event sink to use this account. Grant the administrator permission to author workflow applications. Grant the administrator Owner role to the workflow folder.
