Our work philosophy To set participation and deliberation as a key principle of assessment: to clarify divergences and agreements among teachers, to work together on the priorities established in each school To diversify the transformation without increasing antagonisms within the groups To be pioneers in testing new ways of working and performance, different from the “tradition” established by schools

3. What would we like to achieve? –To start from real teaching staff needs, and to get the activities closer to reality –To encourage collaborative teaching among staff of the same school –To encourage new teachers by creating meeting opportunities for enterprising initiatives.

What would we like to achieve? -To follow the continuous working-reflection (“reflection on action”), by linking knowledge and practice (to be a “process consultant”) -To reduce our administrative work so we can better observe and monitor the school’s development needs -To give easier access to the innovative and best works made during the previous year by the GT, SP, etc.

What would we like to achieve? -To contribute to design a realistic global project for improvement in the schools -To establish collaborative networks among nearby schools so they can work together on projects of common interest -To review the model of passive attendance to our courses: we would like to create a community of interested teachers which become a positive reference

What would we like to achieve? -To modify the selection criteria to attend to our courses: avoid to apply the seniority as a prize-criteria always valid -To propose to the Administration to acknowledge the innovation as a practical effect for teachers (releasing other functions, giving preference in development activities, having leaves…)

7. What would we like to achieve? -To promote the necessary collaboration with the University to plan the professional development -To strengthen collaborative dynamics among the CFRs (or equivalent) of other autonomous regions (exchange of experiences…) -To keep contact with the classroom practice
