Purpose of PLAN 1. How am I doing so far? PLAN results shows your relative strengths and weaknesses in 4 subject areas: Math, Science, English, Reading compared to other sophomores. 2. Am I college ready? Shows if you currently have the skills needed to be successful in college. 3. Help you develop an educational plan in order to reach your goals.

What do your Scores mean? Your scores are between 1 and 32 PLAN takes the number of questions you answered correct, and translates it into a score. Ex: English 18 Math 19 Reading 17 Science 18 Composite 20

College Readiness Benchmark TESTPLAN Benchmark Score English15 Mathematics19 Reading17 Science21 ** If you scored at or above each benchmark, you are likely on track to develop the skills necessary to succeed in college. ** College Readiness Benchmark Scores are based on the actual performance of ACT tested students in first-year college courses.

Action Plans Pages 5 through 15…information about what steps you should take to make sure you develop the skills necessary to succeed in college. Information on Career possibilities based on your scores and interests.
