Partnership Team Objectives Id existing water quality and habitat programs in nontidal areas that meet “management effectiveness” needs. Id partner efforts in tidal areas that could meet “delisting” needs and fill gaps in water quality and habitat monitoring created by funding redirection. Id partner monitoring programs to assess priority living resources and habitats. Id gaps where needs are not met.
