The perimeter is the total measurement of the outer figure, known to me as the RIM. 5cm

The area is the amount of space within a figure. The area is measured depending on the units used like Millimeters, centimeters, meters, decameters, hectometers. The area is the amount of space within a figure. The area is measured depending on the units used like Millimeters, centimeters, meters, decameters, hectometers. 3mm 5mm Area of any figure
5
Perimeter and area are components of measurement. They both work together to find the total measurement of a figure by using formulas.
6
Perimeter you use addition and with area you use multiplication. Area finds how many units are in the inside of a figure and perimeter finds the length of the outer figure.
7
When you solve the equation for either area or perimeter the conclusion is the answer you came up with. 2m 3m Area=6m Perimeter= 10m
