Developing Commitments to Action Simply put, our Commitments to Action are the specific activities we say we will do to achieve our goals Commitments to Action Are What We Pledge To Do Strategic Initiatives Are a Series of Related Goals Outcomes are the Results of our Action The first step will be to think of the larger goals that promote the Strategic Initiative Outcomes are the specific changes that result from an activity and lead to the successful implementation of a goal

Putting it all together We’ve talked about the why (strategic initiative), what (goals), and the how (commitments to action), now we just need to add in the when and the who!
