The goals you set yourself need to be SMART.. Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic Time-bound What are you aims/ goals for 2012?

Identify at least three goals for 2012. They don’t need to be “huge” goals! Make sure they follow the SMART objectives They must be realistic and relevant to you! Therefore you don't need to ask anyone else! Complete worksheet 2 Goals/ aims for 2012
