4. The real Gospel is not confined only to the forgiveness of sin but requires believers to live out the will of God. The Cross is the only means by which we can do so. Thus, Christian who do not know the Cross are Christians who do not truly know the salvation of God.

5. The immaturity of the children of God and the ineffectiveness of the testimony of the Church are due to His children not seriously learning the lesson of the Cross.

6. The Cross enables us to be free from the bondage of the world and yearn for the heavenly blessings.
