Managing Director  Responsible for overseeing and leading the team in achieving the long-term investment goal  Leads team in reaching goal  Keeps team happy and focused  Does final accuracy checks on all financial documents  Takes responsibility for the Team Packet  Analyzes goal-tracking worksheet to assure team is on track to meet goals  Uses the “Trading Period Responsibilities” sheet to effectively lead and supervise the team during trading periods

5. Controller  The controller is the organizer and accountant for the team, responsible for tracking investments and calculating finances  Responsible for cash on hand  Records and reconciles buying and selling transactions on Trading Ledgers with accuracy  Leads the team in completion of financial worksheets with accuracy

6. Analyst  The analyst is responsible for evaluating which investments are bought and sold and for initiating the trade process.  Advises team in creating a diversified portfolio and allocation plan for each trading period  Keeps the end goal in mind and sets pricing based on investment strategy and economic forecast  Pays close attention to changing investment values throughout the trading sessions, and makes spontaneous decisions if needed  Makes “sell” trades to other teams during the trading sessions

7. Trader  The trader is responsible for buying and selling investments on behalf of the investment team  Represents the team in buying investments from other teams  Represents the team in buying and selling investments with the Investment Firm  Follows the trade Plan created by the team and pricing set by the analyst  Monitors fluctuating prices carefully during the trading sessions
