Disempowering Beliefs (Myths) Select your most disempowering belief. How is this belief ridiculous or absurd? Was the person I learned this belief from worth modeling in this area? What will it ultimately cost me if I don’t let go of this belief (emotionally, physically or financially)?

Belief areas and their formation The World (area of concern) – beliefs formed by the news and media The Local Market (area of influence) – beliefs formed by your network of people Your Life (area of control) – beliefs or rules in your own head from past experiences or influential people.
