Establish Student Cohorts to Evaluate Student Performance Over Time All students grade PK-12 assigned cohort upon entry Cohort is not changed, except new cohort assigned for 9 th Grade according to federal guidance for calculating high school graduation rate Federal, State, and Local Cohort is assigned Business Processes
