Parts of the eye Sclera- The sclera is the white of the eye. "Don't shoot until you see their sclera‘s. The Cornea- The cornea is the clear bulging surface in front of the eye. It is the main refractive surface of the eye. Anterior & Posterior Chambers-The anterior chamber is between the cornea and the iris. The posterior chamber is between the iris and the lens Iris/Pupil-Iris is heavily pigmented .Sphincter muscle to constrict or dilate the pupil. Pupil is the hole through which light passes Lens-Transparent body enclosed in an elastic capsule. Made up of proteins and water Vitreous Humor- Fills the space between lens and retina

The Retina is the innermost layer of the eye and the one that transforms the light energy into action potentials to be carried by nerves. There are two physiological subunits in the retina called Rods and Cones. The rods a more simplistic than the cones and they can only show a difference between a presence of lack of light, giving rise to the black and white vision.
