1. Player Registration Each player must complete the player registration process Under 18 players must be completed by a parent or guardian To start the process click the Player Registration button on the home page

2. Select your team Next you must select your team from the drop down list Take care to pick the correct team name as several teams have similar names

3. Next you have to complete the form as shown Click the ‘Next’ button to continue Player Registration

4. The next page will ask you to confirm the information Click the ‘Next’ button to continue or go back with your web browser to correct any errors Confirmation

5. This section must be filled out if the player ever played outside of Canada. If the answer is no, then click the ‘Next’ button. Player History

6. You should read through the consent for use of personal information, Terms & Conditions as well as the Waiver. Check off the agreement and click ‘Submit’ Consent and Waivers

7. Your team manager or coach will be sent an email to approve your registration. Final Step
