2. Standardise the provision of clinical teaching, development and support to clinical placement students across SNSWLHD by developing a framework for Clinical Supervision within our health service. Build a network of skilled practitioners in coaching and mentoring that will clinically and professionally support our clinical placement students which will prepare them for safe practice and sound clinical decision making within SNSWLHD. Provide education and networking opportunities for a large proportion of our health practitioners providing clinical supervision to students in the rural clinical setting.

3. What we did  Conducted 1 day workshops x 4 on Clinical Supervision module ‘Mentor in the Workplace’ working with TAFE NSW at 4 sites for optimal uptake throughout health district for 80 participants.

6. What we did  Reviewed current staff support resource- workbook to ensure a clinical supervision focus that aligns with developed framework
