Key Points Changes to specifications to focus on: Meeting the requirements of the Sexual Health Needs Assessment 2013 Improve Chlamydia infection diagnoses rate: PHOF National Indicator 2,300 per 100,000 population. Actual diagnosis rate achieved Jan-June 2014 = 1550/100,000 (67.4%). Pharmacies contributed 10.5% Addressing the issues of disparity of terms between GP and pharmacies, and the former PCT areas of Norfolk and Gt Yarmouth & Waveney. Integration with New iCASH ‘One stop shop’ Service starting 1 st March 2015, delivered by Cambridge Community Services (CCS)

Changes to Payments Payments terms have changed, i.e. a new payment for chlamydia case detection, an elevated payment for chlamydia consultation, an initial increased payment for EHC consultation and the removal of retainer payments & chlamydia kit return fees. ChlamydiaCase detection fee: £90 per lab detected case of chlamydia infection At dispensing: consultation fee (as PGD) of £20 plus drugs cost (+vat) EHCConsultation (as PGD) £40.00 for the first 3 consultations per quarter then subsequent consultations at £15.00 each Plus drugs cost (+vat ) Pregnancy Testing £3.00: pregnancy kits supplied
