How the Gap Affects You English Teachers Some technology has a steep learning curve. A lot of new/ interesting English resources online are designed for NES’s You may not have all technology available to you.

Solutions for Teachers Technology is difficult- get some help If you need help finding/understanding resources, ask your ALT! Plan lessons with a specific goal in mind

Solutions for ALTs Talk/ lesson plan with your teachers Look for English translations, or take time out to learn the technology If there is some technology you want/have, tell your HRT, or bring it with you.
