Business Culture Adhocracy Advantages of GAH Features specialized job descriptions based on formal training. An inclination to group the specialists in performing defined business functions in order to assemble them in smaller marketing project teams. There are little standardized processes to encourage more innovation. Roles sometimes overlap depending on need of the clients. Communications very important to success. Adhocracy Disadvantages Due to highly dynamic work environment. Projects at times tend to get started on a whim or idea without thorough analysis. Possible issue with HR relating from project completion and disbanding of teams to move on to new projects. (Freed, 2009)

HR Motivators Managers are in a good position to monitor individual performance, reward high performance. Managers find little need to monitor employees. However it is simple to recognize high performers, since managers themselves usually possess high levels of skill in the particular function.
