Goal-student motivation in learning foreign languages with the help of project Tasks: 1.To form a creative group 2.To form respectful and trusting relationship within the group 3. To study the original text of the novel by Mark Twain “Adventures of Tom Sawyer” 4. To experience the atmosphere of Mark Twain's novel by means of watching a movie with subtitles, going to the Musical Comedy theater to watch a production of “Tom Sawyer” and writing the script. 5. To organize the cast and distinguish the functions 6. To hold the auditions 7. To construct the scenery 8. To design and create costumes and choose the soundtrack 9. To schedule rehearsals

The language of the project Considering the usage of southern dialect and slang in the script, extensive research was conducted. We identified the slang and tried to paraphrase it into modern English and analyse why it was used in this particular way.
