1. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your ability to complete all the assignments for class. Why? 4 For the most part I did a good job of completing all my assignments. The reason I thought it was a 4 is because there were a few balancing chemical equation worksheets I struggled with.

2. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your class time effort positive contributions to class discussion(s). Why? 5 I try to the best of my ability to participate in discussions was much as possible.

3. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your ability to work with others in class. Why? 5 I work well with others. I can cooperate and listen to their ideas

4. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) describe items you want to improve upon for next quarter/year. Why? I want to get better at studying and scoring well on tests and quizzes, as I tend to do okay on them but not great.

5. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) describe what when well in this school year. Why? 4 I think the school year went pretty well for me. I didn’t have one specific thing I did bad each quarter it was all different. I think the projects went especially well, I didn’t cram a lot in at the last minute.
