Common Good City Farm Vermiculture I have Eisenia Hortensis or in Europe, Dendrobena Veneta What they need in my experience -Water (not wet or soaking) -Carbon (bedding, newspaper) -Nitrogen (leaves/veggies) -Oxygen (air) -Soil -A safe, dark place (aerated bin) -Around 60-100°F (I have kept them ~25-110° F)

Step 1. Compost soil and food waste (may need to add water) Common Good City Farm

Common Good City Farm Summary -Accommodates about 5 lbs of food waste per week -Good for a household -Usable worm castings in about 3 months -Only needs small amount of space (indoors or outdoors)
