1. Golf Course PBL By: Student B

2. Introduction In this lesson, I will investigate different uses for the land plot currently being used as a golf course. I will apply proportional reasoning to create scale models or drawings of the land and how they feel it should be used to best meet the needs of the community. I will need to justify their opinion with research and present it to the class. This lesson will increase awareness of land use in the local community while developing stronger number sense and proportional reasoning skills.

3. My Design in details I Decided to Have a Recreational center built on the Golf Course. I would like to have a Gemini pool since the Golf course has 60 acres. Also at least 13 hexagonal picnic tables and 5 Shade Shelter Gazebo that is Circular so the residents of Roselle can have a place to sit and watch their children play in the pool. There should also be a type of food court so they can have lunch. The price or Admission should be $2.00 for adults, $3.00 for Children and $5.00 for seniors 55 and up. There should be a type of loop bike rack so people can put their bikes up and walk around the recreation center and enjoy the beautiful nature. The Recreational center should be as homey to all the animals as possible so they can feel like they are at home. There should be park benches and tons of double sided bike racks around the area. For the little kids there should be a swing set with shade and a Jump to it Playground. There should be a King of the Hill playground for kids from ages 4 to 9. On the other side of the Course there should be two water slides and another pool. There should also be a basketball court for the boys. Also at the far corner there should be an area for the adults to relax.
