EGF Hearing Conclusions on the status quo EGF may help under certain circumstances… … but those are often not given. Weaknesses: National restructuring frameworks, actors Implementation structures have to be built up for an uncertain (small) number of cases Approval Procedure is time-consuming and cumbersome
