2. ‘We won’t change the world for the better in a week but at least we can start with small steps and simple matters. This is possible’. We are going to do it, that's why we have joined the project ‘Global school operates locally’.

3. Some information about us... Our school was founded in September 1999. 451 students attend our school. They come from 32 villages in the Oława District and from the town of Oława. We are performing pro-social and civil actions. In order to do that, we are cooperating with different institutions. We have gained several important certificates: ‘School without violence’ ‘Humanitarian school’ ‘Global school’ Classy school We for the world

4. ‘BALANCED LIFESTYLE VS CLIMAT CHANGES’ ‘BALANCED LIFESTYLE VS CLIMAT CHANGES’- this is the main subject of our action. We would like our students to develop the way of life and consumption satisfying basic needs – the way of life which wouldn’t invade natural environment and wouldn’t cause irretrievable ecological consequences. The practical accomplishment of the balanced life style campaign should take place at houses and schools – among local communities. In order to achieve our goal we need to get our students involved into the action.

Slogan exapmles: ‘TAKE CARE OF THE NATURE TURN THE TAP OFF’ ‘TAKE A SHOWER INSTEAD OF A BATH’ ‘TURN THE TAP OFF WHILE BRUSHING YOUR TEETH’ ‘DON’T THROW WASTE INTO THE TOILET – USE LESS WATER TO FLUSH’
