Our system checks mandatory fields 1-18 If data are missing or not in proper format, you won’t be able to successfully eFile Staff checks filing for quality of data If there are problems with data, you will here from us via phone or email You’ll be asked to make corrections quickly and resubmit filing.

9. 9 Where can I view filing(s) Everything is public. In eLibrary within 24 hours- all submissions are accessible In our database within 1-2 weeks after the filing deadline via the FERC website- most recent filing only

10. 10 Does it pay to file early Yes, staff will have more time to work with you to resolve any problems and questions on –Data to be entered –IT related issues that arise You will have more time to revise any filings and resubmit the data before the filing deadline.
