Full acquisition – including both the Trestle and the ACIS family of products New entity formed under Carl Zeiss – Carl Zeiss MicroImaging AIS Commitment to the technology portfolio, including: -Integration into the Carl Zeiss Support structure (worldwide). -Committed R&D investments for technology enhancement. -Interoperability with the existing Zeiss product portfolio; including Image Acquisition, Mirax™ Platforms, and advanced technologies such as the PALM MicroBeam platform for Genomic and Phenotype applications.
