Think about your priorities for your location.

4 4Aboriginal Banking Labour >Who will hire the contactors to do your outsourcing? >Who will hire your support staff? >What are the job title(s) and job descriptions of your staff? >What salary will you pay? What benefits will you offer? >What qualifications do employees need to do the job?

5 5Aboriginal Banking Manufacturing or Service Process >Service Process Questions: (Services) >What is your service process from having the skills to servicing a customer’s wants/needs? –Ex. You are a hairstylist, how will you deliver your service to a person who wants a new haircut? >Manufacturing Process Questions: (Products) >What is your manufacturing process from raw material to a product in the customer’s hand? –Ex. Where do you get your materials? How do you create your products? How will you distribute your products? What are your day-to-day activities? Brainstorm with your team! This is a vital piece to your business plan.
