Purposes of ESWSFI Reviewing existing faculty staffing challenges across Maryland by program level Investigate current efforts aimed at managing staffing challenges in Maryland Explore additional solutions while managing all data in a central location. Gain a broader understanding of regional similarities and differences in the shortage of nursing faculty and preceptors Build bridges for collaborative problem-solving 3
