Life as we knew it In the novel, Life as we knew it, Miranda and Alex share with us their earth moving experience. There are so many ways to tell a story these days, but Susan Pfeffer chose to have her protagonist tell her story in journal form. You are going to tell your story, digitally.

End of Quarter Project: Digital Story Telling Objective/Purpose: using the concepts: imagery, theme, and plot stages, the student will convey a defining moment (that changed life as they knew it), a message for their peers, or a lesson learned from their own lives or the life of someone they know. Project Details: This must be a digital presentation Music, pictures, text, and role play must be included in this presentation Must be a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 4 minutes. Due April 30th

Project Details Continued… The project is worth 100 points (remember projects are worth 40% of your overall grade for the quarter) The presentation will be graded using the digital story rubric on my website.

Project Details Continued… Must include an introduction, where you prepare us for what we are about to view. 2 to 4 minute video (use imagery and plot stages to tell your story and Conclude by reiterating your theme and main idea. Keep plot stages in mind when preparing You must have a Source page (use of statistics and evidence).
