Where There Are Several Depositors Two  or  more  persons  each  claiming  to  be  entitled to the thing deposited may deposit the same with a third person who assumes the obligation to deliver to the one to whom it belongs. If the owner does not claim it within one month the depositary shall be relieved of all responsibility by returning the thing deposited to the depositor.
