Goals of the teaching unit To encourage developers to invest in their redevelopment, by giving them access to the financial incentives. To present the main sources of financing policies addressing the issue of brownfield sites concentrated on their cleanup and redevelopment. The reduction of industrial activity had important effects connected with brownfields project realization.
