Then what … Problem statement If I’m doing assignment Statement on the assignment question What is required me to do now Create a problem based on what I understands about the question If I’m doing draft (thesis) Stakeholder ‘s information on why enhancement (improvement) is needed

After that… Objective Well why I need to write Objective if I’m doing my assignment In the assignment ‘Learning Outcome ‘ section actually provided me on the Objective of this subject…. So, I need to include objective actually... When I’m writing my draft (thesis) Thesis objective is important to explain when doing your work What I wants to achieve is based on what I wants to achieve by end of the writing process… Objective will be my guide to me limit my work appropriately

Then… Research Question (RQ) If Assignment; The questions in the set will be my RQ for me do RQ provide the outline to strategically write the work If I’m drafting my thesis RQ will be the backbone of my work RQ is used to achieve my objective RQ will determine the successful of my work

So looks like I’ve half way there… Literature Review (LR) For both Assignment and drafting LR provided An analysis of strategically arranged work Gives a clearer picture on my title Hints me on an empirically arranged information How to do LR Systematically conducted work Find the keyword and surf Look for journal related to the topic in ‘Google scholar’ Compare works to get findings related to work

WOW…so much then… SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Although not necessary for Assignment but its good make better presentation. But for drafting (thesis)… SDLC Is the backbone of my work It revealed the truth that I’ve conducted my work properly It justifies my tasks… How to do SDLC Find the phases involved in SDLC Each phase should be able to execute and provide output Draw DFD (Data Flow Diagram) to show the process Draw the summary of SDLC in Table to show

OK…then Stakeholder Requirements (STR) In assignment This would be what my subject lecturer required me to produce…(when, how, what, why) For drafting VERY VERY important to get the STR’s opinion.. How? Pilot study...interview with the STR Analysis from the LR Match the work; then come with an initial requirement Get APPROVAL (letter of recommendation /appointment from stakeholder) to OK the requirement set for the development

Concurrently…what next? User interface If I’m defending my project title my work would be combination of chapter 1-4 and the last slide would provide the snapshot of my project If I’m doing my assignment, I would check the grammer (www.ginger.com) and ensure all OK, print and submitwww.ginger.com If I’m going for my viva:……

System Testing: Pretest is conducted The developed system if not ready to be implement...so it will be tested with group of people where Questionnaire will be distribute to check systems oReadiness oAcceptance oUser friendliness oEase of use oFunctionality oAttractiveness and so on… Get the feedback by compiling the questionnaire Modify the system according to the system then Show to stakeholder and update Test is conducted With the stakeholder and people in the organization to get acceptance and approval If approved continue with user manual and if not conduct retest…

Great…then User manual System demonstration Finally after the presentation (10MINUTES) will be the Q & A session, then The END……
