Person Specification Person Specification is a document that details the skills, qualifications, experience and personal qualities required by the candidate. Example on P7 of Course Notes. Essential skills are those that are NEEDED for the job Desirable skills means that having them would be an advantage but not vital

Skills Analysis It is an important task for all employees to assess their own skills and qualities. It can help further your career or lead to a promotion. 2 ways an employer may analyse an employees skills is – Skill Scan SWOT analysis
