Board of County Commissioners Proposed Use: Student housing – up to 191 units (749 beds) Four beds per unit: 176 Three beds per unit: 15 Communication antennas (to be constructed on top of the proposed building) Ancillary uses: Clubhouse – up to 3,000 sq. ft. Student support services (including, but not limited to, pizza place, coffee shop, hair salon, convenience store, sub shop, bookstore, and exchange store) – up to 3,000 sq. ft. Board of County Commissioners Action Requested Find the request consistent with the Comprehensive Policy Plan and approve the College Suites at Woodbury PD Land Use Plan dated “Received April 25, 2008,” subject to the fourteen (14) conditions as stated in the Planning and Zoning Recommendations of the staff report. Approval of the Conservation Area Impact permit, subject to the conditions listed in the staff report. Approval of the Right-of-Way Agreement for College Suites at Woodbury.
