Like any landlord, UHCURC will be able to evict tenants who exhibit a low standard of behavior. Additionally, each student organization has a code of conduct that members must adhere to. In terms of peace officers, the Cincinnati Police Department has jurisdiction over this area of University Heights. What will the buildings in Stratford Heights look like? Will they resemble dormitories? UHCURC has been very careful to plan for structures that fit aesthetically with the surrounding University Heights architecture. Eventually, UHCURC will issue bonds to cover construction and operating costs. UHCURC has received a temporary low-interest loan from the university for the purchase of land. Additionally, the university has provided a grant to cover initial operating costs. So the School would rent the rooms in the house to the fraternity brothers and the general chapter rooms would be owned by the chapter and paid for from parlor fees assessed in dues.
