Self harming is often caused by drugs, being bullied, mentally hurt, or significant unhealthy diet.

Eating junk food is a form of self harming. One may get addicted to junk foods and wouldn’t be able to control their body if they eat junk foods too often. Then if they don’t get the food they might be addicted to, they might harm something, someone, or themselves. To many Carbohydrates is a symptom of extremely angry behavior. This cause is not as common as the others, though. Drugs (Next)Physical harmBullying Matters

A certain ship has been spotted out carrying huge masses of a new drug. It is significantly dangerous and is nicknamed “miaow”. It can cause some users to harm themselves badly, especially cutting the user’s own body. Unhealthy DietPhysical harm(Next)Bullying Matters

There is a ton of physical self harming. Like cutting, drinking poison, burning skins or suicide. These are wrong ways of dealing with something you don’t like. Often, when one is helpless, and they are angry about something, all they can do is harm themselves. Sadly, there is lack of control in the person when this happens. Remember, this is an effect, not a cause. Unhealthy DietDrugsBullying Matters (Next)

Bullying often makes someone self harm. According to a new research led by the ‘University of Warwick’ with colleagues at the ‘University of Bristol’ said “children who are bullied in elementary school are 5 times more likely to self-harm by the time they are teenagers.” This study has recommended that doctors should routinely ask children if they have been recently a victim of a bully. It states that 20 percent of the self harming cases can be prevented if bullying would come to an end. Unhealthy DietDrugsPhysical harm

Cause: Anger, anxiety and stress ↰ↁ BACK Coping isn't a "strategy." Coping is a mental power that you strengthen in order to help you overcome anxiety. Developing anxiety means that you have a coping problem. While anxiety may affect your mood in your brain, the ability to control anxiety is based on your own mental coping strength. People often feel like they are losing control, which can be true. When a person’s coping strength reaches at a certain level, they may turn to drugs. Drugs, actually makes their coping strength weaker. Then, situations get so horrible that their brain has no control and they suicide or self harm. ↰ↁ BACK Many people's feelings are hurt because they are alone. For example, if nobody is their friend. That leads to anxiety, which may lead to drugs, and that can ultimately result in things like mental behaviour viruses and suicide. This only happens in very significant cases though, and it is not so common as the others. When people try to get someone out of a group, kick someone out with no reason, that is more common and bad. Cause: Loneliness ↰ↁ BACK Physical activity is one of the Nr. 1 choice to overcome anxiety. As long as you're healthy enough for physical activity, daily jogging should be your number one treatment choice. It may sound silly, but the reality is that your physical energy contributes to anxiety in a many ways: Unused energy can become anxiety and actually create anxious thoughts. Unused muscles may become tense and cause more anxiety symptoms. Those that don't exercise are more prone to hormonal fluctuations and poor nutrition. Cause: Anxiety-overcome it!
