2. 1.Open a blank sheet and save as ‘Your name MS Project Template’ 2.Install Gantt Chart Wizard for quick and easy formatting of your Gantt chart’s appearance. 1.Go to ‘File’ 2.Open ‘Options’ 3.Select ‘Customise ribbon’ 4.Go to ‘Choose commands from’ drop down menu 5.Select ‘All Commands’ from drop down menu 6.Select ‘Gantt Chart Wizard’ 7.Go to main tabs to select where you wish GCW to be positioned in the top ribbon create a ‘New Group’ 8.Click add and click ok and leave 9.You will find GCW under the top ribbon item where you placed it 10.Open the GCW Installing Gantt Chart Wizard
