5. Commandments and Blessings Study section 106 and 108 and find phrases that fit under each heading. D&C 106 What does "gird up your loins" (v. 5) mean? What is the significance of the word if in verse 8? D&C 108 D&C 108:3 - How can a person "arise up"? What are "vows"? (v. 3). What does it mean to "be more careful  in observing" them? What blessings are worth "waiting patiently" for? (v. 4). In what ways can you "strengthen your brethren"? (v. 7).
