Management Effectiveness and Quality Criteria in European Protected Areas: April 2008 The Enhancing our Heritage Project Use the WCPA Framework to develop a consistent, but flexible, approach to assessment, monitoring and reporting on the state of conservation and management effectiveness of World Heritage sites that could be applied to World Heritage sites on an on-going basis
