11 Cancellation Please read the cancellation policy carefully. This is between YOU and the AGENCY, not LDBB. There is travel insurance available LDBB is a middle man, not an authority. They are collecting and sending payments to lower the cost of the trip. Please help by being timely with $$

12 Final notes Flight arrangements are currently underway so some details are still “up in the air”. (check fees, return airport) Air fare is expensive……. Looking for a SD substitute nurse. My final thoughts….. Pre-trip meeting in mid-March (2 weeks out or so)
