Listen and cull all sports programs’ priorities (Spring 2012) Develop overall SWOT (Summer 2012) Announce Strategic Priorities (Fall 2012) Implementation begins immediately for items that cost nothing or issues that can be addressed by a reduction elsewhere Functional Unit Sub Plans due March 30, 2013 Restructure all Functional Organizational Meetings to include Strategic Planning Touch in each w Exec Staff as a cornerstone Strategic Plan update becomes AAC standing agenda item (Spring 2013)
