5. Narcotics Last year over 100 tons of narcotics seized in Southern California ports. Increase in seizures of hard narcotics in tractors and trailers, not in actual merchandise. Increase in seizures of narcotics crossed via the SENTRI lane. Decrease in marijuana seizures overall, but issues remain with bulk crossings. Hesitance to increase TRUST in Trusted Trader program.
