What is Wellness? Wellness is defined as the state of being in good health. Wellness means a lot more than not getting sick

Wellness can be measured on a continuum. Premature Death – caused from lifestyle choices that lead to a fatal accident or an avoidable disease. Optimum health – state of wellness characterized by the holistic approach to wellness
