11 TER: attaching other records Attach any CV activity to the TER: 1.Check the “Attach to an Audience in TER” box in your activity record 2.Select audience Output on TER

12 CPA: attaching CV records Set up your CPA record Check the “Attach to CPA” box on your supporting record Choose the CPA title that you wish the record to attach to

13 CPA: attaching CV records See http://webcv.utoronto.ca for step-by-step guide Output on CPA

14 Attaching CPA records to the TER Edit the CPA record you would like to attach to the TER, and scroll down to the bottom of the record and find the “Attach to CPA in TER” checkbox. After checking this box and pressing the “Save” button, the record will appear on your TER the next time you generate the Report.

15 Attaching CPA records to the TER The attached CPA record will then print near the end of the TER in a section entitled “Creative Professional Activities in Teaching and Education”.
