1 How To: Query Task Definition: View and compare salary increase % and amounts across employee roles/pools using filters. Steps – From the Query menu option Optional: Click on [Find] to list all the employee roles you have been assigned Select filter values Click on [Find] Review such fields as –Years in Role –Current Salary –New Salary (Draft) –New Salary (Submitted) –Current Modeler –Last Updated By In this task – Pool Managers are able to ‘query’ employee roles using a variety of filters such as: Home ORG Role ORG Pool Name Employee Group Faculty Class Job Title Appraisal You will only have access to the School/Center and/or ORGs for employee roles you have been assigned in pools. 1 To see this in Salary Increase Modeling...click here.here

2 Task: Query (cont’d) 2 Click on [Find] to advance to the next slide. From the Query page, Click on [Find] to see all employee roles… …or select a filter(s) to narrow your search criteria.
